Shaw Colegate offer comprehensive surveying services nationally. Based in the South East, we have a number of clients in London, Brighton, Portsmouth, Chichester & Southampton.

Get the survey you need for your development or planning application. Our measured building surveys include floor plans and elevations to the required level of detail. Elevations can range from basic block outlines to brick-by-brick architectural detail.

Following our site visit, your data will be transferred to AutoCAD to be finished to a high standard prior to delivery.

FLOOR PLANS

Building floor plans are available at a range of levels of detail, from basic wall, door & window layouts through to comprehensive service plans showing all fixtures and fittings, including sockets & communication points.

STREET SCENE ELEVATIONS

It is increasingly becoming a planning stipulation to present ‘street scene’ elevations, to illustrate how a new development sits within its existing built environment.

We can usually achieve your elevation without direct access to the neighbouring properties.
